1. Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

• Returns due to customer preference (non-defective products) may incur a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Items returned without prior authorization from OBDPAL.

• Software products that have been registered or activated.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email service@obdpal.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Ship Back: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

4. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

• Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof.
