• Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Methods

We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany, and your order will be shipped from the location closest to your address. We work with trusted logistics partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Available shipping methods include:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch for most regions.

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Fees

We provide free standard shipping to select regions and competitive rates for other international destinations:

• United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.

• Other regions (per order value):

  • $1 – $100: $20 shipping fee

  • $101 – $500: $30 shipping fee

  • $501 – $1000: $50 shipping fee

  • Over $1000: $100 shipping fee

Note: All fees are in USD. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.

Customs Duties and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
